Our story
Behind the bottle
Our cellar follows growers who farm carefully and make wines with a clear sense of place. The list moves from familiar regions into the bottles we cannot stop talking about.
The kitchen answers with fire, salt, and slow cooking—food that belongs beside wine and gets better when passed around.
The right bottle does not interrupt the table. It opens it up.
Cellar sessions
On the first Thursday of each month, one maker or region takes over the long table. Supper is included and questions are encouraged.
