The dining room
Cinder & Saffron begins each day with flour, eggs, and the best produce at the morning market. The menu stays concise so every plate can be made with attention.
The room is informal, the cellar leans Italian, and the hearth is always in view. Come for a bowl at the counter or let us build the evening course by course.
Good ingredients ask for a steady hand, not a loud one.
